   The name WarpPlus is in the process of being trademarked and we own the domain. You are advised to change the name of your game.

     The game will be named Hyper WARP Plus on the next update.

     Update 2: the name as listed in iTunes is now Hyper WARP Plus, fully satisfying your request.
     Update 1: my request for an expedited review was denied.
